Job summary

C3 AI is seeking a Product Manager to support the development and growth of the C3 Generative AI platform. You will drive feature-level strategy, execution, and delivery, working with engineering, data science, product marketing, and customer teams to translate market needs into tangible software capabilities.

Responsibilities include end-to-end feature development, creating comprehensive specs, roadmapping, customer demos, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful releases.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or AI.
• Strong understanding of at least one core AI/ML or enterprise area.
• Ability to translate user needs into detailed feature requirements.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end feature development and product deployment with engineering and data science teams.
• Author comprehensive product specifications and secure cross-functional approvals.
• Identify new feature opportunities and translate plans into development phases.
• Engage with customers to demonstrate capabilities, discuss roadmaps, and scope projects.
• Facilitate technical customer discussions and translate needs into specs.
• Create marketing collateral, persona lists, and demo content for campaigns.
• Support analysts with targeted product demos from GM and VP guidance.
