• Payments industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pulse on client SEW.ai platform operations and business strategy; measure innovation and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize business processes and identify opportunities to increase sales and reduce costs.
• Monitor client KPIs and take actions to improve them.
• Drive growth by aligning with client leadership to understand objectives and execute strategic plans.
• Manage SEW.ai and client solution improvements.
• Provide thought leadership and challenge business strategy when appropriate.
