The role emphasizes guiding architecture, implementing governance, and delivering high-impact capabilities while collaborating with product, security, and CloudOps teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ML, Mathematics, or related field.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience, incl. 10+ years in leadership and 5+ years managing managers.
• Proven track record delivering and operating complex AI or intelligent platforms.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, agent architectures, LLM integration, RAG, guards, observability.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary technical and organizational leadership for AI agent platforms and cloud services.
• Define and drive engineering roadmap for scalable, secure, reliable systems.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams and leaders.
• Ensure risk management, delivery predictability, and alignment with senior leadership.
• Guide architectural decisions on distributed systems, latency, cost, and extensibility.
• Champion production readiness, observability, SLOs, and secure-by-design practices.
• Stay current with AI trends, agent frameworks, and enterprise governance.
