Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in the full software development lifecycle.
• 5+ years programming in Python/Java/Go/C++.
• 3+ years leading design of large-scale distributed systems on cloud platforms.
• Experience in real-time microservices, stream processing, or AI/agentic systems.
• Experience designing scalable, available, low-latency systems.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading engineering teams.
• Ability to translate highly complex problems into production-ready solutions.
