You will design and implement production ML solutions, mentor engineers, and shape technical roadmaps across cloud platforms, data mining, and AI-driven network management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the complete software development lifecycle including design, coding, reviews, testing, and operations.
• 7+ years of programming experience with Python or Java.
• 5+ years leading design/architecture of large distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Experience with distributed data and ML technologies (MapReduce, Spark, Flink, Kafka, PySpark, SageMaker).
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead and ability to guide engineering teams.
• Adept at solving highly complex and ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and launch of innovative ML solutions and guide cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle, including reviews and deployments.
• Develop production-grade ML code and extend ML libraries and frameworks.
• Coordinate with engineers and scientists to accelerate model development and productionize algorithms.
• Mentor engineers, set technical direction, and foster a strong team culture.
• Ensure high standards of reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
