Job summary

Duvo Inc. is building an AI operations platform for enterprise customers. You will own the AI infrastructure, including the agent runtime, context management, tool orchestration, and observability, ensuring reliability, cost efficiency, and safe production use.

This is an applied AI systems engineering role, not ML research. You’ll ship production systems that leverage LLMs, retrieval, and orchestration, balancing performance and scale in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• Experience building production AI systems, not research.
• Ownership of AI problems from build to deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to design AI systems handling non-determinism, cost, and latency.
• Ability to design evaluation frameworks to measure quality and regressions.
• Strong debugging and hypothesis-driven diagnosis skills.
• Judgment to balance build vs integrate decisions amidst evolving models.

Responsibilities

• Own AI infrastructure including agent runtime and context management.
• Develop tool orchestration, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Ensure reliability, cost efficiency, and safety in production.
• Collaborate with teams to ship end-to-end AI capabilities.
