Job summary

LangChain seeks a Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team. You will design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems for enterprise customers, spanning Kubernetes clusters, multi-agent architectures, and secure deployments.

You will combine software development, infrastructure engineering, and customer-facing skills to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable, highly available infrastructure for AI platforms.
• Experience developing multi-agent systems and evaluating AI frameworks.
• Ability to lead technical maturity assessments with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure infrastructure for AI platform deployments (compute, storage, networking, security).
• Develop multi-agent systems using frameworks like langchain/langgraph and implement evaluation frameworks; optimize prompts and deployment.
• Lead technical maturity assessments and present recommendations to enterprise customers; collaborate with Engagement Managers and Product/Eng.
