Job summary

Eleos Health in the United States is seeking an experienced engineer to join the AI Platform team. You will own KPIs, define measurable goals, and convert ambiguous objectives into scalable agentic workflows and platform capabilities.

You will build and ship agentic workflows across multiple harnesses, ensure reliability, and drive impact in production. This role emphasizes ownership, practical engineering, and collaboration within a fast-paced health-tech SaaS environment.

Qualifications

6-8+ years of hands-on experience in senior software engineering positions.
Hands-on experience building and shipping agentic workflows or LLM-powered systems in production.
Experience with agent harnesses (e.g., Claude Code) and understanding of agent context.
Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, tool use, evaluations, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
Strong software engineering fundamentals: design, build, and operate a system end to end.
Ability to work without a pre-defined spec and translate KPI goals into solutions.
Product judgment to distinguish worth building and measure impact.
Strong discovery and communication skills with engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own a set of KPIs for the AI Platform team and drive improvements.
Talk to engineers to identify bottlenecks and determine what to automate.
Design, build, and ship agentic workflows from prototype to production.
Work across agent harnesses and manage context and scaffolding for reliability.
Build feedback loops with evals and checks to ensure trustworthy agents.
Extend the AI platform with agents, integrations, and underlying infrastructure.
Prioritize work based on KPI impact and avoid pre-scoped tickets.
Demonstrate measurable impact by tying work to KPI improvements.
Collaborate closely with other engineers to maintain platform coherence.
