Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and ship AI agents and automation across our engineering, product, and delivery teams to solve real-world problems. You will partner with stakeholders in Engineering, Product, and healthcare to understand workflows, identify high-leverage opportunities, and deliver end-to-end AI solutions at scale.

Requirements: 2–4 years of production ML experience, strong Python, experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks, and solid

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, ML, Data Science, or related field; Bachelor's with relevant experience considered.
• 2–4 years of production ML/AI experience; client-facing or consulting-style roles are a plus.
• Strong Python proficiency; experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks; solid ML and software engineering basics.
• Familiarity with healthcare data, EHRs, and regulatory considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI agents and automation across engineering and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate AI into existing infrastructure for reliable performance.
• Work with product managers and healthcare teams to identify pain points and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Stay current on LLMs and agentic AI; contribute ideas for innovation and improvement.
• Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, cost, and safety with human-in-the-loop guardrails.
