Job summary

Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Platform Engineer (Associate Director) in Princeton, NJ to drive platform-aligned AI outcomes across the enterprise. You will lead small delivery teams and collaborate with Data Science, Cloud/Infrastructure, and IT to deliver secure, compliant production paths using Dataiku, Azure AI, and Snowflake Cortex.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years hands-on AI/ML platform engineering, LLMOps, DevOps in regulated settings.
• Deep experience with Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock services.
• Strong Python engineering skills; FastAPI/Flask experience.
• Dataiku workflow orchestration and automation experience.
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel for multi-agent systems.
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD tooling, vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer reusable Agentic AI components and multi-agent workflows.
• Lead small platform/partner teams to deliver framework components and guardrails.
• Implement evaluation frameworks for LLMs, safety, and performance metrics.
• Guide solution teams to approved platform pathways (Dataiku, Azure/AWS, Snowflake Cortex).
• Contribute to enterprise AI reference architectures, standards, and governance.
