Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) seeks a Senior Director of AI and Data Science Solutions to define and execute the AI/Gen AI strategy across the R&D value chain, enabling drug development, clinical trials, and real-world data insights.

You will lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, partner with DSAI and DnA leaders, and ensure scalable, compliant AI solutions that translate scientific challenges into actionable data products.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership in data science, AI/ML, and Gen AI with senior management experience.
• Strong experience architecting and maintaining large-scale data and AI solutions in regulated environments.
• Pharma/biotech/R&D experience is highly desirable; strong AI/ML fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI/Gen AI strategy across R&D value chain.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions for complex data.
