Qualifications

• Expertise in real‑world data assets to generate evidence and guide operational efficiency.
• Deep expertise across data engineering and AI/ML techniques for delivering use cases.
• Masters/PhD in a related discipline with focus on AI/data science; pharma domain knowledge a plus.
• Experience with AI enabling tech like Dataiku/SageMaker or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of AI/ML use cases within regulated pharma contexts.
• Architect and deploy agentic AI systems with governance, risk management, and compliance.
