Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead AI platform solutions from concept to deployment. You will partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive AI skills and autonomous agents while ensuring platform onboarding and adoption across key domains.

The role requires 8+ years in PM/related fields, hands-on Python knowledge, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of project management, program management, product management, or related experience.
• Experience leading AI, Generative AI, LLM, or Agentic AI initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of AI and Agentic AI initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Define and track success metrics, including solution reliability, performance, accuracy, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to onboard platform and increase adoption of AI solutions.
• Translate user needs into actionable requirements and project plans.
• Manage multiple priorities and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
