Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to drive day-to-day execution of the engineering teams building EY’s Agentic AI platform. You will own delivery cadence across multiple programs, running Scrum ceremonies, and holding engineers accountable for committed timelines.

You’ll interrogate estimates, challenge scope, and ensure delivery of Kubernetes and GPU infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and model serving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in technical delivery, engineering project or program management with direct delivery accountability.
• Hands-on experience as a software or platform engineer or demonstrably equivalent technical depth.
• Able to evaluate estimates, work decomposition, and technical risk with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery cadence: run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive progress against commitments: track in-flight items to completion and surface slippage.
• Hold engineers to deliverables and timelines with clear definitions of done.
• Interrogate estimates and challenge padding with technical judgment.
• Break down architecture and platform capability requirements into deliverable stories.
