Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to drive the day-to-day execution of the engineering teams building EY’s Agentic AI platform. You will own delivery cadence across multiple development programs: running the Scrum process and its ceremonies, keeping work flowing, and holding engineers accountable for what they committed to and when.

This role requires hands‑on engineering background and credibility with senior engineers, with a focus on delivering working capability shipped

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven delivery leadership with multi-team engineering programs.
• Hands-on technical depth to challenge estimates and scope.
• Experience with cloud-native tech and modern delivery tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery cadence: run daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track in‑flight work to completion and surface slippage promptly.
• Hold engineers to defined done criteria and dated commitments.
• Interrogate estimates, break down work, and maintain unambiguous acceptance criteria.
• Own sprint and release planning across phased platform builds.
• Manage cross‑discipline dependencies and risk mitigation.
• Report delivery status with evidence to leadership.
• Protect the team’s focus from interruptions and scope creep.
