Job summary
Transamerica Corporation is seeking an Associate Principal AI Engineer to advance our AI platform capabilities and deliver production-grade Gen AI solutions across the organization. You will collaborate with AI teams, stakeholders, and cloud platforms to drive transformation and governance in a hybrid work environment.
The role requires deep Python expertise, 10+ years in AI, and strong knowledge of AWS AI infrastructure, LangChain, and agentic frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, data science, or a related field.
- 10+ years related experience with at least 3 years in end-to-end AI solution design.
- Professional certifications in AI and / or cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Contribute enhancements to AWS Launchpad platform and related services.
- Lead AI development teams in delivery of business transformation initiatives.
- Translate complex problems into well-defined project requirements and deliver production-grade AI solutions.
