Job summary

i-Pharm Consulting requires a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead multiple AI implementation initiatives from concept through deployment and support in a fast-paced enterprise setting. You will collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, architects, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful AI-powered solutions.

This role blends strong project management with practical AI knowledge, Agile delivery, and enterprise technology understanding to drive delivery across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT Project Management, Programme Management, or Technology Delivery experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple enterprise technology projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI, Generative AI, AI Agent, Intelligent Automation, or emerging technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, AI Agents, APIs, enterprise data, integrations, RAG frameworks, security, testing, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of PMI project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience leading Agile and Scrum delivery teams.
• Ability to translate business objectives into delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance teams.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organisational skills.
• Experience using Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to four concurrent AI and AI Agent implementation projects from idea approval through deployment and support transition.
• Manage project plans, milestones, sprint delivery, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive Agile delivery cycles, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and demonstrations.
• Translate business requirements into actionable backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
• Maintain governance, RAID logs, status reporting, change control, and PMO documentation.
• Work closely with AI architects, developers, data teams, cloud teams, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate solution testing, UAT, deployment activities, production readiness reviews, and hypercare support.
• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery against agreed commitments.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resource constraints, and technical dependencies.
• Provide clear and concise updates to leadership and project sponsors.
• Support the development of repeatable frameworks for successful AI delivery across the organisation.

• AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Architecture certifications are advantageous.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
