Access India is seeking an AI Platform Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration of Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise, supporting enterprise governance and cost controls. The role focuses on RBAC, license management, and MCP configurations with strong reporting responsibilities.

The position is remote and involves API integrations, documentation, and collaboration with Compliance and Information Security to ensure secure, compliant operations across the AI platforms.

Formación

About the Role

The AI Platform Administrator manages the day-to-day administration of Accesss enterprise AI platforms—Claude Enterprise or ChatGPT Enterprise—and delivers the operational activities required by the company’s AI governance program. The role owns recurring platform administration, including access and license management, usage and cost reporting, agent inventory maintenance, model rollout support, and connector and Model Context Protocol (MCP) configuration. The ideal candidate combines strong governance and reporting capabilities with hands-on technical skills in APIs, MCP servers, and integration platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Enterprise AI Platform Administration

• Manage role-based access control (RBAC), user provisioning and deprovisioning, and license reclamation across Claude Enterprise orChatGPT Enterprise.
• Administer workspace settings, including default models, effort and reasoning settings, and connector enablement, in accordance with AI governance policies.
• Configure connectors and maintain the processes required to govern and audit their use.
• Coordinate feature pilots and the rollout of new platform capabilities.
• Provide first-line administrative support to internal users across both platforms.
• Partner with Compliance and Information Security to ensure platform configurations, data controls, and usage align with enterprise security and compliance requirements.

2. Integrations, APIs, and Custom MCP Development

• Build and maintain custom MCP server configurations that connect Claude and ChatGPT to internal systems.
• Support API-based integrations, including usage and cost reporting pipelines that support governance and compliance retention requirements.
• Collaborate with the integration engineering team to embed AI capabilities into existing enterprise workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation for MCP configurations and integration points.

3. AI Governance Administration

• Serve as the operational owner of the controls and reporting established by the AI governance program.
• Develop and maintain recurring usage and spend reports across Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise, using standardised templates and self-service dashboards for users and leaders.
• Configure and monitor spend alerts and unusual-usage notifications.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of named agents, GPTs, and Claude projects with confirmed owners. Run periodic renewals to identify unused or ownerless agents, and document ownership, access, and continuity plans for embedded or business-critical agents.
• Administer model-access policies, including standard-model defaults and manager-approved upgrades, along with per-user and per-agent spending limits and the organisation-wide cap. Manage approval requests and flag potential workflow interruptions.
• Support the AI governance committee by preparing the monthly cost and usage report for the top 20 agents and projects, gathering supporting data, tracking action items, and coordinating with the owners and managers responsible for presenting business cases.
• Support the committee’s evaluation of new model releases by coordinating testing, staging, and access rollout before broad release.

Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms in an IT administration, systems administration, or platform operations role, including RBAC, user access, and license management.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and experience configuring or building MCP server connections, or comparable experience with integrations, connectors, or integration platforms such as Boomi.
• Ability to develop recurring cost and usage reports and dashboards using platform data.
• Strong technical documentation skills and the ability to gather and validate information with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Compliance, and business agent owners.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Three or more years of experience administering Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, or both.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, and/or Boomi.
