Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an Ai Platform Engineer for a 6-month engagement in Austin/Westlake. This hybrid role requires 4 days onsite weekly and responsibilities include deploying and operating enterprise AI platforms, automation, and data workflows.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years supporting enterprise tech, strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell), and experience with IAM, SSO, Azure AD, and data pipelines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Eng or related field.
• 8+ years supporting enterprise tech platforms or SaaS products.
• 3+ years implementing or administering AI, cloud, or collaboration platforms.
• Experience deploying enterprise SaaS solutions at scale.
• Scripting and automation with Python/PowerShell or similar.
• Data extraction/transform from APIs, databases, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• IAM, SSO, Entra ID/Azure AD, SAML/OAuth/OpenID, RBAC, Enterprise Security Controls.
• Monitoring/alerting with tools like Splunk and Grafana.
• Production support, incident management, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of enterprise AI platforms and services.
• Own day-to-day administration and operational support of AI platforms.
• Monitor platform health, availability, performance, and usage trends.
• Manage vendor escalations and coordinate resolution of platform issues.
• Develop runbooks, procedures, support docs, and knowledge articles.
• Drive platform lifecycle management, upgrades, feature enablement, and decommissioning.
• Define support models, SLAs, and operational metrics.
• Develop user onboarding, training, and enablement programs.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for AI platform operations and integrations.
• Design and execute data extraction/transformation processes to support operations and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of enterprise AI platforms and services.

• Design and execute data extraction and transformation processes from enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms to support AI platform operations, reporting, and analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology platforms or SaaS products.
• 3+ years of experience implementing or administering AI, cloud, or collaboration platforms.
• Experience deploying enterprise SaaS solutions at scale.
• Strong scripting and automation experience using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar for infrastructure management, system integration, and process automation.
• Experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from APIs, databases, cloud services, and enterprise systems, including creating reusable data pipelines and reports.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Entra ID / Azure AD
  • SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Enterprise Security Controls
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools and analysis such as Splunk and Grafana
• Experience managing production support, incident management, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
