Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of substantive legal experience in a law firm, in litigation or corporate/transactional practice.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows, work product standards, and client service expectations.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Harvey, Legora, ChatGPT, or Claude, with familiarity in prompt and context engineering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to attorneys of varying experience levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Advising attorneys across practice groups on effective and responsible uses of AI in legal work.
• Serving as a power user and internal resource for generative AI and legal technology tools, including Harvey.
• Developing and delivering AI training, workshops, one-on-one guidance, and educational materials.
• Creating prompt libraries, playbooks, and best practices to support consistent AI adoption across the Firm.
• Collaborating with attorneys to identify opportunities for AI-driven workflow improvements.
• Designing, testing, and refining AI prompts, workflows, and tailored solutions for legal tasks.
• Turning successful use cases into repeatable solutions that can be adopted across matters and teams.
• Supporting the evaluation and testing of AI platforms and legal technology tools to ensure they meet attorney needs and client service standards.
