Job summary

Citi in Jersey City, NJ seeks an AI Strategic Partnerships Lead (SVP) to drive external AI technology partnerships across the enterprise. You will scout startups, evaluate capabilities, and manage the full lifecycle from PoC to production rollout.

You will apply AI product management or Gen AI engineering fluency, partner with business units, and navigate risk and governance to deliver measurable ROI and enterprise-wide adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in technology strategic partnerships or AI product management within financial institutions.
• Proven ability to manage partnership lifecycles from scouting to enterprise deployment.
• Strong fluency in GenAI or AI product management with knowledge of LLMs and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Scouting and evaluating AI startups and providers to identify high-potential solutions.
• Own end-to-end partnership lifecycle including sandboxing and licensing.
• Lead PoC and production rollout with cross-functional teams.
