Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology strategic partnerships or AI product delivery within top-tier financial institutions.
• Experience executing partnership lifecycles: scouting, evaluation, licensing, PoC, and scaling third-party software.
• Gen AI fluency: knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt/agent orchestration, and model evaluation metrics.
• Strong communication and executive presence with ability to translate complex findings into business cases.

Responsibilities

• Scout and evaluate emerging AI startups and platform providers to identify high-potential solutions for Citi.
• Owner of end-to-end partnership lifecycle from market mapping to vendor relationship management.
• Engage venture capital, accelerators, and startups to gauge maturity, velocity, and enterprise readiness.
• Lead PoC design, sandbox testing, and bake-offs with defined performance, latency, cost, and security benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and engineers to deploy partner tech into production with governance.
