Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Partnerships Lead in the United States to build strategic relationships across AI safety, technology, philanthropy, and political communities. You will translate stakeholder priorities into actionable research questions and lead polls, surveys, and messaging tests, coordinating with research teams from scoping to delivery.

Qualifications

• Typically 6+ years of experience in politics, public policy, philanthropy, research, or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of AI safety, policy, and technology ecosystems and the US policymaking environment.
• Hands-on polling, survey research, or message testing experience.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders, funders, and partners.
• Experience leading client-facing research projects from scoping to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with AI safety organizations, policy groups, philanthropic funders, and political stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for external partners, coordinating in-person meetings in key US cities.
• Manage partner relationships with follow-up, timelines, and leadership updates.
• Present research findings to AI policy teams, funders, and political strategists, tailoring communications.
• Coordinate AI-related client engagements from scoping to delivery, across cross-functional teams.
• Track requests, commitments, and deadlines across clients and internal teams.
• Translate research findings into practical policy and communication recommendations.
• Monitor debates and opportunities, shaping the broader AI research agenda.
