Nous Research is seeking a Partnerships Lead to own engagement with external organizations and collaborators. You will manage existing relationships, evaluate new opportunities, and connect partners with the right internal teams while maintaining thoughtful, responsive interactions across a fast-moving AI landscape.

The role requires strong judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to operate across time zones, including regular overlap with teams in China.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, strategy and operations, business development, developer relations, or a similarly cross-functional role.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary point of contact for partnerships and coordinate between external parties and internal stakeholders.
• Own intake and triage of new partnership opportunities and identify high-value relationships.
• Route introductions and opportunities to the right teams with clear context and smooth handoffs.
• Build trusted relationships with AI, technology, and developer communities across partners.
• Create lightweight systems to track conversations, decisions, and next steps.
