Job summary

Blue Rose Research seeks an AI Partnerships Lead to build external relationships, guide AI client work, and coordinate AI research across the firm. You will engage AI safety organizations, funders, and policymakers, turning conversations into sharp research questions and actionable guidance for clients.

Reporting to the Director of External Affairs, you will help set research priorities, manage multiple partnerships, and ensure findings shape client advice and policy discussions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in politics, policy, philanthropy, research, or the tech sector.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior leaders, funders, and organizational partners.
• Excellent written and spoken communication tailored for technical and political audiences.
• Experience leading client research projects from scoping through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with AI safety organizations, policy groups, funders, and political allies.
• Turn partner conversations into testable research questions and work with the research team on polls and tests.
• Coordinate AI client work from initial question through design, delivery, and follow-up with internal teams and client leads.
• Lead client briefings and translate findings into practical recommendations on AI policy, politics, and communications.
• Track incoming AI questions and commitments across clients and internal teams, flag overlaps and priorities.
