Job summary

Blue Rose Research seeks a senior role to cultivate relationships with AI safety groups, funders, and policy actors while coordinating AI client work. You will translate conversations into actionable research questions and lead client projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring timely, high-impact insights for senior leaders and funders.

You’ll brief diverse audiences in plain language, manage multiple concurrent requests, and help shape the research agenda with leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in politics, policy, philanthropy, research, or tech.
• Fluent in SF and DC with knowledge of AI safety, policy, and related communities.
• Hands-on polling, survey research or message testing experience.
• Ability to translate complex research into actionable briefs for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with AI safety orgs, policy groups, funders, and allies.
• Lead client research projects from scoping through delivery and turn findings into recommendations.
• Coordinate across AI client work, track commitments, and ensure timely delivery.
• Brief partners and funders in plain language and tailor messages to audiences.
