Job summary

Cohere is seeking a Partner Development Manager for the Germany and DACH market, focusing on Public Sector and Enterprise. You will drive partner strategy, onboard key systems integrators, and co-create market programs that accelerate adoption of Cohere's AI solutions.

You will collaborate with government and commercial stakeholders, shape joint initiatives, and lead performance reviews with partners, ensuring compliant, responsible AI deployments across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems.
• Ability to define joint go-to-market plans with system integrators and distributors.
• Strong relationship-building with government and enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute partner GTM plans for Enterprise & Public Sector.
• Lead partner onboarding, certification and training programs.
• Own joint pipeline generation and co-sell motions with partners.
• Run joint business planning and QBRs with partners.
• Advocate for partners within Cohere and liaise with Product and Legal teams.
• Evangelize Cohere's AI solutions at events and industry forums.
