Cohere is seeking a Partner Development Manager for the Enterprise Market to expand strategic alliances and co-create value with system integrators, distributors, and hyperscalers. Qualifications
- 8+ years of partner development, channel sales, or alliance management in tech (AI/cloud preferred).
- Proven track record driving enterprise ARR through partnerships.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Own partner strategy, GTM, and co-sell motions with system integrators, distributors, and hyperscalers.
- Lead partner onboarding, certification, and enablement programs.
- Drive joint pipeline generation and quarterly business reviews with partners.
- Align partners with Cohere's strategic goals and track performance metrics.
- Advocate for partners and provide feedback to product, engineering, and policy teams.
