Job summary

Cohere is seeking a high-impact Partner Development Manager focused on Germany, the DACH region, and public sector opportunities. You will shape strategic alliances with system integrators, distributors, and government bodies, driving joint value, and expanding market reach across commercial and public sector clients.

Ideal candidates bring deep experience in partner programs, sovereign cloud GTM, and a track record of enterprise ARR growth, with excellent relationship-building and negotiation

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partner development, channel sales, or alliance management.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise ARR growth and public sector partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute partner GTM plan for Enterprise & Public Sector markets.
• Lead partner onboarding, certification, and training programs.
• Own joint pipeline generation with co-sell motions and target opportunities.
• Run joint business planning and quarterly business reviews with partners.
• Advise Product, Engineering, and Legal on policy and risk for public sector.
