Morningstar Credit Ratings, LLC is seeking a Strategic Account Marketing Senior Manager to build and scale an AI partnership program in Chicago. Hybrid, full-time, reporting to the Team Lead, Strategic Account Marketing.

You will design a tiered partner program, enable internal sales teams, and drive partner-sourced revenue while collaborating across product, sales, brand, and legal. This foundational role requires cross-functional leadership and program discipline.

Qualifications

6+ years in B2B marketing with at least 2 years in partnership or alliance marketing.
Experience building or managing a tiered partner program and enablement.
Strong understanding of the AI/LLM platform ecosystem and co-sell motions.
Fluency in demand-generation channels (paid, social, email, events) and measurement.

Responsibilities

Design and launch a tiered partner marketing program (Platinum/Gold/Silver).
Be the primary marketing contact for enrolled partners and align on brand terms.
Develop co-branded assets and a reusable design system with creative teams.
Define partner guidelines and ensure on-brand experiences within ecosystems.
Create GTM enablement content for sales and track asset adoption.
Own partner-sourced pipeline tracking and ROI reporting to leadership.
