HireNow Staffing is seeking an AI Partner Ecosystem Architect to lead North American partner ecosystems, focusing on accelerating enterprise adoption of AI-powered solutions.

The role centers on building scalable channel strategies, establishing relationships with cloud providers and ISVs, and driving measurable revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Remote nationwide availability requires US work authorization and citizenship.

Qualifications

• Five years of leadership in technology partner ecosystems, strategic alliances, or Developer Relations.
• Proven success building partnerships within AI, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, APIs, or enterprise software.
• Strong knowledge of AI infrastructure, APIs, cloud computing, LLMs, and developer ecosystems.
• Experience creating channel strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Ability to establish executive relationships with technology partners and enterprises.
• Excellent business development, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design North American partner ecosystem strategies to accelerate growth.
• Develop and expand relationships with cloud providers, tech alliances, SI partners, and ISVs.
• Create channel programs, onboarding frameworks, and incentive models.
• Drive developer adoption through community engagement and educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to align ecosystem initiatives.
• Identify emerging AI partners and evaluate market opportunities.
• Build executive relationships with key decision-makers in the AI ecosystem.
• Monitor ecosystem KPIs and optimize partner success.
• Represent the company at industry events and developer communities.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve engagement and long-term sustainability.
