Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off in writing. Payments are weekly, with pay up to $18 per hour and access to leading LLMs.

Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and providing concise, evidence-based explanations. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate how natural, useful, and clear each one sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
• Write a specific explanation in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
• Rate outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then provide a written rationale.
