Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges for naturalness and usefulness, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You'll compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts, inspect outputs closely, and provide concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to catch issues.
• Ideally pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Provide a written, evidence-based explanation of the observed issues in English.
