Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner background in advanced technical roles (e.g., Application Architect, Digital Workplace Architect, Director of Collaboration Platforms).
• Experience bridging engineers and senior IT Architects for enterprise AI assistants and governance.
• Knowledge of collaboration platforms governance and deployment planning.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, must-have research content and thought leadership.
• Develop analyses to identify root causes and drive strategy forward.
• Present high-value materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
