Publicis Sapient in New York is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead an enterprise-scale transformation focused on marketing, advertising, insights, campaign orchestration, product innovation, and related business processes through AI and GenAI.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery across multiple workstreams, governing plans, managing risks, and communicating with senior client and internal leadership to drive progress.

Competenze

• Significant experience leading complex programs, transformations or large-scale engagements.
• Strong hands-on program management capability at strategic and detailed execution levels.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage integrated bottom-up plans across workstreams.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, milestones and exec-level reporting.
• Experience leading programs with internal teams, client stakeholders and offshore teams.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation and storytelling skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint capabilities for senior client materials.
• Ability to create structure and momentum in evolving programs.
• Strong judgment to identify risks and drive resolution.

• Lead program management activities across one or more complex transformation workstreams.
• Establish and maintain bottom-up program plans with milestones, owners and deliverables.
• Drive accountability and timely completion of program activities.
• Coordinate with strategy, change management, technology, marketing and other transformation teams.
• Govern dependencies across distributed delivery teams and client stakeholders.
• Provide governance, reporting and operating cadence as PMO evolves.
• Translate complex program information into concise updates for leadership.
• Develop polished presentations for senior client and internal leadership.
• Partner with the Program Director while owning day-to-day leadership.
