MetLife’s Global Technology team seeks an AVP, AI Orchestration to bridge enterprise AI strategy with US Technology delivery. You’ll shape AI adoption, governance, and platform strategy, working with CIO-level leadership to drive measurable outcomes across digital channels and product lines.

You will lead cross-functional teams, promote responsible AI, and influence enterprise policy while guiding hybrid work in a major financial services company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership with measurable business impact.
• Ability to influence CIO-level and senior leaders in a matrix org.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale technology modernization.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools and platforms.
