Job summary

MetLife’s Global Technology team seeks a Principal, Corporate Technology Strategy &Portfolio Management to drive strategic planning, portfolio governance, and operating model effectiveness across the enterprise. You’ll lead high-impact initiatives, influence senior leaders, and shape a broad portfolio of technology capabilities including AI-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of technology leadership, strategy, portfolio management, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead in large, matrixed environments and manage ambiguity.
• Strong record of translating strategic vision into measurable execution and business value.
• Exceptional ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and execute technology strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, investment decisions, and roadmaps.
• Develop executive-level communications and strategic recommendations for leaders.
