Job summary

MetLife’s Global Technology team seeks an AVP, AI Orchestration to bridge enterprise AI strategy with US Technology delivery. You will shape AI platforms and drive measurable business outcomes across US Technology and business units.

You will report to the CIO, lead cross-functional teams, and scale AI across digital channels and products, ensuring responsible governance and regulatory readiness. Hybrid work and market-competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership across engineering, product, or delivery.
• 4+ years leading enterprise transformation with measurable impact.
• Ability to influence CIO-level and senior leaders across a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Define the US Businesses enterprise AI adoption strategy across planning, engineering, delivery, governance, and communications.
• Establish an enterprise AI capability catalog with tools, platforms, and reusable services.
• Lead a network of AI champions with training, playbooks, and workshops; scale adoption.
• Define adoption metrics for executives and demonstrate business impact with evidence.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Data Governance on governance guardrails.
