Job summary

Ramp is seeking an AI Product Operator to accelerate the company’s AI-first transformation. You will empower teams to deploy AI tools, create scalable internal AI products, and embed an AI-driven mindset across the organization.

You will work across disciplines as a product, ops, and data expert to drive efficiency and impact. You will partner with non-engineering teams to leverage AI stacks, measure outcomes with dashboards, and continually refine processes.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI to build, ship, and transform work.
• Comfort with low-code/no-code tools and AI copilots.
• Strong communication and training skills for internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Enable deployment of AI tools and workflows across Ramp teams.
• Leverage Ramp Inspect, Ramp Glass, Claude Code, and Notion to improve internal AI products.
• Measure impact with dashboards, QA checks, and user feedback.
• Foster an AI-native culture and coaching of AI champions.
• Build feedback loops to improve AI agent performance over time.
• Address foundational AI infrastructure challenges with technical teams.
• Help package Ramp’s AI journey to customers and partners.
