Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in contact center or service operations or comparable strategic role.
• Hands-on ability to write and understand Python and SQL queries.
• Track record of turning ideas into prototypes with measurable impact.
• Experience defining measurement with success metrics and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship tools end to end, including applications, AI-powered analysis, and data pipelines for quality and traveler experience.
• Prototype quickly using large language model APIs and AI tools, proving value before large investments.
• Translate open-ended operational problems into clearly scoped work with defined data sources, safeguards, and success criteria.
• Represent the operations point of view in cross-functional AI programs, turning experiences into requirements and guardrails.
• Produce analysis and recommendations for senior leaders to act on, surfacing risks and opportunities across workstreams.
• Own the operating rhythm for this work: agendas, decisions, actions, and follow-through across platform, data, and security teams.
• Guide and review a small group of partner-based AI builders, setting quality and safe-use standards for AI development.
• Help operations teams adopt these tools, building trust and fluency to turn prototypes into actual workflows.
