You will partner with product, design, and engineering teams, drive end-to-end lifecycle, implement testing, deployment, and observability, and safely operate AI/ML-enabled capabilities.

This role emphasizes ownership, strong technical leadership, and translating customer needs into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 8+ years of professional experience and 3+ years of people management.
• Experience leading multi-service architectures and ownership of design/deployment.
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, system and API design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and evolution of scalable, secure software services.
• Provide technical direction for maintainable, observable, and reliable solutions.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into reusable solutions.
• Guide end-to-end lifecycle including testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Use data and analytics to prioritize work and improve system performance and UX.
• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions across services.
