Job summary

The Brydon Group seeks an AI Enablement leader in Washington, DC to translate AI capability into business results across portfolio companies. You will diagnose opportunities, build and configure solutions, and drive adoption with portfolio operations leadership.

As the first dedicated AI leader, you will lead practical, MVP-level initiatives, write code when needed, manage vendors, and create repeatable playbooks to scale AI across the firm’s software and services businesses in the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Hands-on deployment of AI tools in real business settings.
• Experience translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering AI-enabled process improvements.
• Comfort working with limited infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose portfolio operations and map workflows for AI opportunities.
• Prioritize interventions with clear ROI and MVP approach.
• Build and deploy AI tools and integrate data sources.
