Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic program management with large-scale transformation.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives and models.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and its business value in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the AI portfolio strategy focused on measurable business impact.
• Translate portfolio data into executive narratives, owning performance reporting.
• Identify high-impact AI opportunities and drive transformative outcomes.
• Develop analytical frameworks and governance to prioritize and scale initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of strategic thinkers and executors.
• Resolve escalations and clear roadblocks to meet strategic objectives.
• Champion best practices in planning, change management, and benefits realization.
• Advise senior executives with data-backed insights to guide AI investment.
• Forge cross-LoB partnerships to align ambitious goals and implement changes.
