This role involves creating the operational function required for integrating AI systems, defining transition from innovation to business ownership, and ensuring user adoption and continuous improvement in AI operations.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business operations and change management, preferably with a degree in a related field. This position is based in Seattle and classified as in-office, working Monday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business operations, transformation, or change management.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience or equivalent.
• Experience with implementing new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish AI Operations function and service model.
• Own business implementation for AI capabilities after IT scaling.
• Define sustainment requirements for AI-enabled tools.
