Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in operations, consulting, product, or similar roles with demonstrated AI or automation implementations.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms with hands-on use cases.
• Systems thinking to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable solutions.
• Experience translating concepts into operational systems with a bias toward action.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams to tailor solutions to needs.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts and train non-technical stakeholders.
