Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Science, CS, IS, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI, analytics, automation, prompt engineering, workflow design, and AI tools.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured use cases and prototypes.
- Proven ability to build practical tools using Copilot, Power Platform, low-code/no-code tools.
- Ability to evaluate AI opportunities for business value, feasibility, risk, and scalability.
- Strong written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work with IT, operations, and security teams to support responsible experimentation and scalable delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery for complex AI opportunities across multiple business areas and define success metrics.
- Translate business challenges into AI use cases, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, risks, and dependencies.
- Build functional AI-enabled prototypes and tools for testing by business users.
- Document data needs, process impacts, user roles, controls, and production considerations for prototypes.
- Lead user testing and decide on scaling or retiring use cases.
- Monitor emerging AI capabilities and translate trends into actionable guidance and playbooks.
- Develop enablement content, playbooks, and libraries to drive adoption across the organization.
- Coach and mentor AI Analysts and support leadership with strategic recommendations.
- Partner with IT, data, security, privacy, and architecture to ensure scalable, responsible AI delivery.
