Job summary

Giftogram is seeking an AI Operations Manager to architect systems and drive AI-enabled business outcomes across the revenue organization. You’ll work with GTM teams to identify friction points, design workflows, and train the team to use AI effectively, reporting to the Head of Revenue.

You will evaluate tools, manage subscriptions, and stay ahead of AI developments while ensuring practical ROI and measurable impact across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Background in CS, engineering, mathematics, data science or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools used daily (Claude, ChatGPT or similar).
• Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier/Make) and CRM/GTM tools.
• 1–3 years in operational, analytical, or business-facing roles or strong internship record.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Build AI workflows and automations across the GTM stack (HubSpot, Slack, connected tools).
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases in sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Create and maintain prompt libraries, SOPs, and playbooks for consistency.
• Manage AI tool vendors and renewals to ensure ROI.
• Train and enable the team on AI tools and best practices.
• Monitor AI adoption and track impact on workflows and outcomes.
• Stay current on AI developments and inform leadership proactively.
