Job summary

Giftogram is seeking an AI Operations Manager who thinks like an engineer but operates as a business builder. You’ll architect AI-enabled workflows across our revenue stack, train teams, and drive real outcomes beyond just coding.

Reporting to Revenue leadership, you’ll partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to reduce friction and accelerate results. A strong technical/analytical foundation and hands-on AI tool experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in CS, engineering, mathematics, data science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) daily.
• Familiarity with automation platforms and CRM/GTM tools.
• 1–3 years in operational/analytical or business-facing roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build AI workflows and automations across GTM stack using Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, and Make.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases with sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Create and maintain prompt libraries, SOPs, and playbooks for repeatable use.
• Manage AI tool vendors, renewals, and ROI.
• Train and enable teams with hands-on sessions and documentation.
• Monitor AI adoption and impact, reporting progress to leadership.
• Stay current on AI developments and bring relevant tools to the table.

About the Role

We’re hiring an AI Operations Manager who thinks like an engineer but wants to operate like a business builder. This role is purpose-built for analytically minded people who are excited about applying their technical foundation — not to write code all day, but to architect systems, solve operational problems, and drive real business outcomes across a revenue organization.

If you have a background in CS, engineering, math, or science and you’re drawn to the idea of being the person who brings AI into how a company actually works — not just how it’s built — this role was designed for you.

You’ll report to our Head of Revenue and work closely with our GTM teams — sales, marketing, and customer success — to identify where AI can eliminate friction, accelerate output, and improve outcomes. You’ll build the workflows, manage the tools, and train the team to actually use them.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI workflows and automations: across our GTM stack — including HubSpot, Slack, and connected tools — using platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, and Make
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases: across sales, marketing, and customer success by working directly with team leads to understand day-to-day friction points
• Create and maintain prompt libraries, SOPs, and playbooks: so AI usage is consistent, repeatable, and scalable across the team
• Manage AI tool vendors and subscriptions: evaluate new tools, own renewals, and ensure we’re getting ROI on what we’re paying for
• Train and enable the team: on AI tools and best practices through hands‑on sessions, documentation, and ongoing support
• Monitor and report on AI adoption and impact: tracking how workflows are being used and what’s actually moving the needle
• Stay current on the AI landscape: and bring relevant developments and tools to leadership’s attention proactively

What We’re Looking For

• Background in CS, engineering, mathematics, data science, or a related technical field
• Genuine hands‑on experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar — you use these daily, not occasionally
• Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar) and CRM/GTM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
• 1–3 years of experience in an operational, analytical, or business‑facing role — or a strong internship/project record that demonstrates this orientation
• Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non‑technical teammates
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment

Bonus Points

• Experience building HubSpot workflows or integrations
• Familiarity with AI prompt engineering or building Claude/GPT‑powered automations
• Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, rewards, incentives, or a revenue‑driven business
