Job summary

Movement-Mortgage is redefining lending by embedding AI and automation into mortgage operations. The role partners with operations to map processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable AI-driven solutions.

You will help design, test, and scale improvements that increase throughput and reduce manual workloads, while tracking impact with dashboards and metrics. The ideal candidate has a business/data background, strong Excel and BI tool skills, and a proactive, learning mindset to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, curious mindset with willingness to learn mortgage operations and AI capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Mortgage Operations leaders to understand processes in the loan lifecycle.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to automate using AI and automation.
• Translate challenges into structured requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Design, test, and scale AI/automation solutions in Mortgage Operations.
• Develop dashboards or tools to track performance and improvements.
• Monitor and refine solutions to maximize efficiency and impact.
