Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an AI Mortgage Operations Solutions Engineer to partner with Consumer Direct Mortgage Fulfillment and LOS Operations leadership to design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflow solutions that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and operational visibility.

This business-embedded role combines software engineering, workflow automation, AI/LLM knowledge, and mortgage operations insight to rapidly translate challenges into production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, AI Development, Workflow Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled workflow solutions and automations.
• Partner with operations leaders to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Leverage native LOS workflow, automation, rules, and integration capabilities whenever possible.
• Develop custom applications, APIs, dashboards, and integrations when needed.
• Build AI-assisted workflows with human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, monitoring, and governance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Information Security teams.

We're seeking an AI Mortgage Operations Solutions Engineer to partner directly with Consumer Direct Mortgage Fulfillment and LOS Operations leadership to design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflow solutions that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and operational visibility.

This business-embedded role is ideal for someone who combines software engineering expertise, workflow automation experience, AI/LLM knowledge, and mortgage operations understanding to rapidly transform business challenges into production-ready solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI-enabled workflow solutions and automations
• Partner with operations leaders to identify process improvement opportunities
• Leverage native LOS workflow, automation, rules, and integration capabilities whenever possible
• Develop custom applications, APIs, dashboards, and integrations when needed
• Build AI-assisted workflows with human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, monitoring, and governance

Must have:

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience with:

• LLMs, AI Agents, and Copilots

• Experience translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agent Orchestration, Human-in-the-Loop Workflows, and Enterprise Security Controls

Preferred

• Experience with Azure, AWS, OpenAI-compatible services, Power Platform, Logic Apps, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies
